“Stress is not good or bad but how you respond to it. This creates distress and tension which can then effect the physical and emotional body in several ways. During times like these self care is crucial. Things do not happen to you it happens for you. This can be a great opportunity to refocus and recenter the self, create new understandings and new habits.”
